A company built around people.

Mark founded Progressive Group in 1991 with seven employees. Based in Macon, Georgia, the business grew into a family of specialized companies serving customers across technology and infrastructure.

Creating opportunities for people to succeed has been a driving force throughout his career. That focus on people, together with lasting customer relationships, continues to shape the Progressive organization.

Mark and his wife, Teresa Hurt, make their home in Macon. Teresa serves as co-owner and a member of the company’s board.

Beyond the office

Away from work, Mark enjoys flying, water sports, and spending time with family and friends.
