generate an automated answer. Today's risk analysis process sometimes
requires a personal touch, creativity and in some cases, timing. We study
each borrower's profile and make certain the loan will become approved
before we submit the application to the underwriting department. Our staff
will identify potential problem areas, introduce proper counter measures,
and assist our clients in becoming an acceptable risk to our underwriters.

Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker will submit
a
loan application to several banks or underwriters and hope for an approval.
We will
submit your loan to our "In-House" underwriting department expecting an
approval.
This saves our clients time, embarrassment and in many cases, money.
