Traditional & Sub Prime Residential Lending

 

Strategic Lending:  We do not just take your application, enter your data in to our system and generate an automated answer.  Today's risk analysis process sometimes requires a personal touch, creativity and in some cases, timing.  We study each borrower's profile and make certain the loan will become approved before we submit the application to the underwriting department.  Our staff will identify potential problem areas, introduce proper counter measures, and assist our clients in becoming an acceptable risk to our underwriters. 

 

An untrained Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker will submit a loan application to several banks or underwriters and hope for an approval.  We will submit your loan to our "In-House" underwriting department expecting an approval.  This saves our clients time, embarrassment and in many cases, money.

 

For the home buyer, it is critical that your approval is backed up with a bonafide commitment before making an offer to buy Real Estate.  With a commitment, you are, in essence, a cash buyer.  A cash buyer will usually have a higher level of success when negotiating a reasonable purchase price.
